Data Privacy Framework: what's new?

In a 20-page report, the European Commission has just concluded that the US authorities have complied with the commitments made under the Data Privacy Framework, the successor to Privacy Shield. However, it notes that the US Department of Commerce's control mechanisms are insufficient.
