Legal agreement .
These B2CLOUD Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), together with other additional terms and conditions that apply to certain of our services and features as presented on the “gcti.cloud” website owned by B2CLOUD and collectively the (“B2CLOUD Terms”), together constitute the entire terms and conditions applicable to any visitor or user of the gcti.cloud website and/or any other service, application, and features we offer in this context, unless expressly stated otherwise.
GCTI.cloud is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform published by B2CLOUD SAS.
You may visit and/or use the B2CLOUD GCTI service platform only if you accept the terms and conditions without reservation.
By registering or using any of the services on our site, you express your informed consent to these terms of use and any other terms and conditions applicable to your use of any service on the site.
If you do not read, understand, and/or accept the Terms and Conditions of the site, you must immediately refrain from or cease using our services or contact us by email for more information at: connect@btocloud.fr or gcti@btocloud.fr.
Responsibility.
B2CLOUD strives to ensure that the information provided on the website is accurate and up to date, including through the provision of a new online AI assistant to support the customer journey.
However, we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% reliable. If you find any information to be incorrect, you can report it directly to the following address: connect@btocloud.fr.
B2CLOUD accepts no responsibility if our website is inaccessible due to technical problems related to third parties or the customer's access infrastructure.
B2CLOUD also declines all responsibility for any viruses that may infect the User's computer equipment after using or accessing this site. It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party. The site does not guarantee the total security and confidentiality of data.

User Account .
In order to use and access certain sections and features of the gcti.cloud website, you must first register and create an account (“User Account”). We strongly recommend that you keep your User account credentials confidential and do not allow third parties to access them, as you will be fully responsible for any actions taken through your User account (including all related representations, warranties, and agreements).
You must provide accurate and complete information for which you hold exclusive rights when you open your User Account and when you use B2CLOUD's GCTI services. In the event of a dispute regarding the ownership of a User Account, we reserve the right to suspend the account in question.
You may stop using and request to cancel your User Account at any time. The effective date and time of such cancellation shall be the date and time at which you have completed the cancellation process in writing (by email or postal mail).
If your User Account is canceled (whether at your request or at B2CLOUD's discretion), this may result in the loss of certain content, features, or capabilities of your User Account.
Collection of personal data
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6 relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, the collection and processing of personal information is carried out with respect for privacy.

Obligations related to transactional emails
When using our platform, after purchasing a package or creating a user account, you may receive transactional emails. These emails are individual automatic notification messages related, for example, to order confirmation, account creation, or password reset. They are mandatory to ensure the proper management of your customer account and do not require marketing opt-in or GDPR consent.
Our transactional emails do not contain unsubscribe links. The settings for these emails can be managed in the “settings” section of your customer account.
Security.
B2Cloud is committed to providing its users with secure access to its services through its hosting partners, including physical, electronic, and procedural measures. Among other things, we offer secure HTTPS access to our Service areas, including access to our member accounts, collaborative groups, and meeting places, which are only accessible in private mode. the transmission of sensitive payment information through our subscription forms is protected by an encrypted connection (SSL certificate). Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 and data at rest is encrypted using AES 256, meeting the most stringent standards.
We also comply with EU PSD2 standards (PCI Level 1) and use anti-DDos protection measures.
For security reasons, we do not accept registration and login procedures for our services using generic email addresses. Only professional email addresses are accepted.
Similarly, we do not allow registration and connection to our services via third-party authorization platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google login. All registration procedures on our platform are submitted to our technical administrator for validation. We reserve the right to refuse the registration of any user account that does not comply with our security requirements.
However, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Personal Information.
We therefore encourage you to create strong passwords (numbers, letters, special characters, upper and lower case letters), change them regularly, not disclose your user account information to third parties, and not share your personal information by email.
Hyperlinks: The site may contain hyperlinks. By clicking on these links, the User will leave the platform. The platform has no control over and cannot be held responsible for the content of web pages related to these links.
Intellectual property.
The trademarks and logos “B2CLOUD,” “Business to Cloud,” and “GCTI” are registered Community trademarks protected by the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office). Furthermore, you are strictly prohibited from using this trademark for advertising, promotional, or commercial representation purposes of any kind without the express written permission of the owner, “B2CLOUD SAS.” The content of the website, including web design, graphic illustrations, and text, is protected by intellectual property and copyright law.
The visual reproduction and copying of content by the User requires prior authorization from the publisher and owner of the website, “B2CLOUD SAS.” Any use for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.
In the event of a violation of intellectual property and copyright rules, B2CLOUD reserves the right to take legal action against the offender.
Our innovations in terms of recommendation methods and trust matrices are protected by patents registered with the EPO No. 107851263 (European Patent Office) and SIPO No. 3323099 (Chinese Patent Office). In the event of a violation of patent rights, B2CLOUD reserves the right to take legal action against the infringer.
Copyright and Privacy .
Any copying, modification, reuse, creation of derivative works, and transmission to third parties of content available on the btocloud.eu and gcti.cloud websites is strictly prohibited under applicable copyright rules. Copies of data and screenshots are protected by right-click.
Failure to comply with the copyright and data confidentiality clauses of the gcti.cloud website and its private service areas will result in civil and criminal liability for the offender.
Jurisdiction and applicable law .
These Terms of Use are subject to French and Monegasque law. Any dispute shall preferably be resolved amicably through our legal protection service.
Failure to reach an amicable resolution of legally founded disputes between the parties shall result in recourse to the competent French courts to settle the dispute.
