Data collection, processing and storage.
Accessing and browsing the gcti.cloud website, owned by B2CLOUD SAS, does not require the provision of personal data. However, access to some of our services (listing, member area registration, access to your customer account, publication of your offers and services in our solutions catalog) can only be effective after you have provided your contact details, including at least a professional email address. See the terms of use for the “User Account” platform in the T&Cs.
The Personal Information we collect is mainly relational and commercial in nature (e.g., email address or phone number), accounting (name, billing address, payment method), based on your consent, for example when you subscribe to a newsletter, sign up for one of our online referencing services (STARTER|PREMIUM|ELITE|GLOBAL) and list your offers and cloud solutions for the calculation of your trust score, or when you join our loyalty program
The collection and processing of personal data complies with the requirements of French data protection law (Law of January 6, 1978) and the European GDPR directive.

Data processing.
Our users' personal information is stored in France and Europe by our respective hosting providers.
We do not share any of your information with third parties, whether they are business partners or customers, without your tacit and explicit consent. We regularly check with our cloud solution providers to ensure that they apply data protection mechanisms that comply with European GDPR standards for data transfer and processing. If this is not the case, we may be forced to terminate all business relations with them.
Data retention.
We may retain your Personal Information for as long as your User Account is active. We may continue to retain this Personal Information even after your User Account has been deactivated and/or you have ceased using any particular Service on the site, in order to comply with legal obligations and/or accounting rules. When your Personal Information is no longer required, we ensure that it is permanently deleted.
Promotional communication .
We may use your Personal Information to send promotional content and messages by email, sales calls, and similar forms of communication, including notifications related to our loyalty program.
