How to get listed?

To list a solution or service, please follow the steps below.
 
1. Start by completing the listing form in your chosen category: Applications (https://www.gcti.cloud/en/application-se-referencer), Infrastructure (https://www.gcti.cloud/en/infrastructure-se-referencer), or Platform. (https://www.gcti.cloud/en/plateforme-se-referencer)Don't forget to confirm your listing package: Starter, Premium, or Elite.
2. Our team will confirm your listing validation by email (don't forget to provide your email contact details).
3. Register on the website.
4. Once registered, log in with your credentials and confirm your plan on the Plan (https://www.gcti.cloud/en/pricing-plans/list)page
5. Choose your payment method (by credit card via our secure payment platform) or via the transmission of a secure payment link.
6. Depending on the plan you choose, you will have access to all of your services.
7. If you are a cloud provider, our system will calculate your trust score based on the completed fields in your referencing matrix. If the fields are incomplete, our system will automatically calculate your score by reference to our matrices.
8. To optimize the evaluation of your service, don't forget to book an online help session (https://www.gcti.cloud/en/book-online)included in your subscription.
9. In your customer account, you can request to update your listing information to update your trust score . Otherwise, our system will automatically update your trust score on a monthly basis.

Question 2

When will my solution be visible in the offer catalog?

Accepted Answer

Once you have completed your listing form (https://www.gcti.cloud/en/se-referencer), your solution has been validated by our services, and you have validated your subscription plan (https://www.gcti.cloud/en/pricing-plans/list), your solution/service will be immediately put online in our catalog.
💳If you order online using credit card payment method, the service activation is effective immediately.
👤If you order as a guest, you will have access to limited services. You will need to complete your registration to access all available services.
🔗If you order online and wish to pay later via a payment link, your solution will be visible online upon receipt of your payment.

I am listed. How do I obtain my trust score?

If you are listed in GCTI, your trust score is automatically available on the Service page of your account.

1. Go to the Catalogs section.
2. Choose your catalog.
3. Select your supplier file.

If you would like information on how your trust score is calculated:

1. Go to the Service page of your account

2. Go to the get my trust matrix section. We will send you your matrix and the calculation method.

How is my GCTI Trust Score calculated?

This is how your trusted score is actually computed 
📰Thanks to the information you provided during the online listing process, during an interview with our appraisal expert, or during an expert session.
✅By verified systems, based on our evaluation matrices, calculation algorithms, and knowledge base verifications.
Our trust matrices incorporate more than 140 measurement values on the Transparency and Reliability factors.

Your trust score is not only based on technical values but also on governance values in terms of data protection and location, regulations, technical reliability, and customer service levels (SLA, resolution time, TTR, etc.).

This score is highly sensitive to the completeness/incompleteness of data and its verification.
Only verified data is used to calculate the confidence score.
This score is updated monthly after precision and recall.

Do you provide traffic statistics on listing pages?

📈Our statistical reports on listing cards are based on the last 30 days from the date your solution was listed in our catalogs.
⚖️They are provided in strict compliance with regulations regarding audience measurement sharing with third parties and user consent. Art. 82 CNIL.
🔓They are also linked to our subscribers' and customers' choice of whether or not to make their profiles public and accessible to other subscribers.
They are also linked to consent for analytical and marketing cookies on our platform.
When a referencing formula is associated with the publication of a blog post, it offers much better visibility while complying with regulations in terms of traffic sharing and audience measurement.

Can I get listed for free?

Question 7

How do I register on the GCTI platform in English?

Accepted Answer

📅Starting January 9, 2026, all French and European service catalogs will be merged onto a single access platform: gcti.cloud(http://gcti.cloud).

1. If you are already listed in our French catalogs and have an offer available in Europe, we will directly integrate your offer in English at no additional cost!
2. If you are already listed in our French catalogs but do not have an offer available in Europe, we will not be able to include it in our EN catalogs.
3. If you are not yet listed in our French catalogs and only wish to be listed in our english catalogs, you will need to follow the listing process on the Get Listed page.(https://www.gcti.cloud/en/se-referencer)

Question 8

Can all Cloud providers be listed on GCTI?

Accepted Answer

We accept all requests for listing of cloud service providers (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

✅Only suppliers who have met the eligibility criteria will be included in our catalogues.
In particular, they will need to be able to deliver a cloud offering or solution in service mode (as a service).

⚠️Solutions described as PaaS or SaaS, but accessible only
demo mode users are not eligible.
